The
Prestige Tournament is our classic event that is held about twice a
year.
It
is age related with our senior members playing off against the juniors.
It is a matter of honour for the old
folk to teach the young ones how to play this game of chess.
In
the first event the Seniors had a comfortable lead only to fall apart
in the home stretch.
In the
return match, the Seniors again have a big lead. The Juniors are making
their stretch run but this time I don’t think there is enough track
left for them to reach the finnishing line in time.
